1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or participating in the PCOS Cycle Patterns Survey ("Survey") or using any services provided by PCOS Pookie ("we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not participate in the Survey or use our services.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and PCOS Pookie regarding your participation in our research and any future use of our applications.

2. Eligibility

To participate in the Survey, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Have been diagnosed with or suspect you have Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS)
• Not be currently pregnant or have been pregnant within the past 12 months (for cycle pattern analysis)
• Have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement

By participating, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements.

3. Survey Participation

3.1 Voluntary Participation

Your participation in the Survey is entirely voluntary. You may skip any questions you do not wish to answer and may withdraw at any time without penalty.

3.2 Accurate Information

You agree to provide accurate and truthful information to the best of your knowledge and recollection. The value of our research depends on the accuracy of participant responses.

3.3 Data Submission

By submitting the Survey, you grant us permission to use your responses for the purposes described in our Privacy Policy, including research, algorithm development, and product improvement.

3.4 Ongoing Participation

If you opt in for ongoing participation (beta testing, follow-up), you may withdraw at any time by contacting us at hello@hiremyidea.com. Your withdrawal will not affect any data already processed, but we will cease collecting new data from you.

5. Intellectual Property

5.1 Our Property

The Survey, our website, applications, algorithms, and all related content, features, and functionality are owned by PCOS Pookie and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

5.2 Your Data

You retain ownership of the personal information you provide. By submitting Survey responses, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, process, analyze, and aggregate your data for the purposes described in our Privacy Policy.

5.3 Aggregated Insights

Any insights, patterns, algorithms, or products derived from aggregated and anonymized Survey data belong to PCOS Pookie.

6. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• Submit responses on behalf of another person without their explicit consent
• Attempt to access, tamper with, or damage our systems
• Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to interact with the Survey
• Attempt to reverse-engineer our algorithms or systems
• Use the Survey or any information obtained from it for any unlawful purpose
• Submit the Survey multiple times to manipulate results

7. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By participating in the Survey, you consent to the practices described in the Privacy Policy.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SURVEY AND ALL SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
• Warranties that the Survey will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure
• Warranties regarding the accuracy or reliability of any predictions or insights
• Warranties that our applications will accurately predict your menstrual cycles

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PCOS POOKIE AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Any loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill
• Any damages arising from reliance on our predictions or information
• Any health-related outcomes or decisions made based on our services
• Any unauthorized access to or use of your personal information

Our total liability for any claims arising from these Terms or your participation shall not exceed $100 USD.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless PCOS Pookie and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:

• Your violation of these Terms
• Your submission of false or misleading information
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Your use or misuse of any predictions or information we provide

11. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your participation at any time, for any reason, including if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms. Upon termination, your right to participate in the Survey and use our services will immediately cease.

You may terminate your participation at any time by contacting us at hello@hiremyidea.com and requesting deletion of your data.

12. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time by updating this page. The "Last updated" date at the top indicates when the Terms were last revised. Your continued participation after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

For material changes, we will provide notice through our website or, if you have provided your email, by direct notification.

13. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which PCOS Pookie is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your participation shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

15. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and PCOS Pookie regarding your participation in the Survey and use of our services. These Terms supersede any prior agreements or understandings.
